Frequently Asked Holiday Pre-ordering Questions

Holiday orders for in-store pickup can be placed online at catering.sprouts.com. Thanksgiving pre-orders open November 1st. For delivery or curbside pickup, visit shop.sprouts.com. Availability may vary, and not all items are available for delivery or curbside pickup.

Thanksgiving Day: 7am–2pm Christmas Eve: 7am–7pm Christmas Day: Closed New Year’s Eve: 7am–8pm New Year’s Day: 7am–10pm (Regular store hours)

Holiday Meals, Sides & Bakery items will be available for pickup starting November 12. Meats (e.g. turkeys, hams, roasts) will become available starting November 19.

On Thanksgiving Day (November 27), pre-orders may be picked up until 12 PM local time. The final opportunity to pick up any remaining pre-orders will be Friday, November 28 by 12 PM local time.

On your selected pickup date, visit the Meat counter to pick up pre-ordered turkeys, holiday meats and shrimp trays, and the Deli counter to pick up holiday meals, sides, bakery items, and party trays. Holiday pre-orders are not eligible for curbside pickup. Unless you pay for your items at the in-store register, you will be charged for the cost of your order when you receive your items from the store team member.

At the time you place your order online, a method of payment is taken and charged the day you pick up your product.

If there are any issues with this payment method at time of pickup, the online payment will be cancelled, and the store may ask you to proceed through the register for final payment.

Yes! If you're picking up your catering order and plan to shop for additional items in-store, you can pay for everything together at the register.

Yes!

Earning points: You’ll earn Sprouts Rewards points regardless of how you pay—whether online on catering.sprouts.com or in-store at the register (don’t forget to scan your barcode!).

Redeeming points: To redeem your points, you must pay in-store and scan your Sprouts Account barcode or enter the phone number associated with your account at the register. Redemption is not supported online for Sprouts Catering orders.

Catering pre-orders may be modified or cancelled for a full refund with no additional fees up until 48-hours before the scheduled in-store pickup. If you do not cancel the order 48-hours in advance, and fail to pick up the order, you will be charged the full amount of the order. To amend or cancel your order, view your order within order history.

Online pre-orders allow you to confidently order your turkey and other meats, holiday meals and party trays in advance, but you can still purchase these items in store without a pre-order (subject to your store’s availability). Orders for delivery or curbside pickup can be placed at shop.sprouts.com. Availability may vary. We recommend validating your delivery address or store pickup location prior to placing your order. On the day of fulfillment, your shopper will communicate any substitutions or out-of-stocks with you.

We’re proud to offer two turkey options for holiday pre-orders: a No Antibiotics Ever, All-natural Turkey and an Organic Turkey. Both turkeys are raised without any antibiotics. There are no enhancers added to our turkeys… just pure turkey! Our organic turkey is free-range, humanely raised and fed a Certified Organic diet on family farms.

Standalone turkeys are kept at a safe, chilled temperature of 26-28 degrees which may cause some ice to appear in the cavity or around the joints. This is just frozen water, not frozen meat, and is normal for poultry.

The Holiday Turkeys and Roasts sold stand-alone are provided uncooked. Be sure to plan accordingly. The Holiday Hams will be fully cooked. The meats included in our Holiday Ready-to-Cook Meals are cooked and do require reheating. See individual meal pages for details.
